Singapore REIT Acquisition
Ryan Lawyers recently completed a significant purchase of 5 Australian hotels from Tourism Asset Holdings Ltd (Australia’s largest hotel owner) representing CDL Hospitality REIT (Singapore).
The deal was worth $175 million and involved 1,139 hotel rooms in Brisbane and Perth; two of the fastest growing cities in the Australian hotel market.
