Ryan Lawyers acted for Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the largest lodging real estate investment trust (REIT) in the US) in Host’s purchase of 7 New Zealand Hotels from Tourism Asset Holdings Ltd, along with acquisitions of related businesses and negotiation of ongoing management agreements with Accor.  The deal was valued at AUD$144 million.
