Ryan Lawyers acted for Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI) in the sale of Courtyard by Marriott, Surfers Paradise (a 404 room hotel) to Hotel Grand Chancellor (Surfers Paradise) Pty Ltd. The deal was valued at AUD$47 million.
