During the gala awards evening held on Saturday 13 June 2009, Tony Ryan, Principal of Ryan Lawyers, presented the Tourism & Leisure award to the overall winner The Sebel & Citigate, Albert Park (VIC), nominated by Mirvac Investments.The award aims to recognise and publicly reward the efficient use of capital in a new or refurished tourism or leisure development.
