Swissotel Acquisition
Ryan Lawyers recently acted for Grandline International Limited (a Singapore based company) in the acquisition of the Swissotel, Sydney from the Abacus Property group.
The deal was valued at AUD$90 million and was Grandline’s second major acquisition in the Australian hotel market. Swissotel is a significant CBD site in the Sydney hotel property market.
